Terms and conditions of validity of the amounts mentioned in the tariff
All amounts mentioned in this price tariff are valid, subject to the following assumptions and conditions.
Figures and Numbers
1. Duties and VAT are not included in the tariff amounts and will be added to the final amount at the time of invoicing.
2. The amounts stated in the rental tariff are monthly. In the event of a change in tariff, your rented credit will be valid for future periods based on the time of payment tariff.
Restrictions
1. Some features can only be rented in certain designs. Therefore, it is not possible to activate some features and facilities for some designs.
2. The environment and tools of the development infrastructure are available separately from the leased subscription environment. Each module or software component developed before installation and activation in the relevant subscription must first confirm Saman360 (regarding secure programming, no encroachment on the private domain of other subscribers, compliance with the terms and restrictions of development on the cloud computing platform Saman360) to receive.
Deployment, Development & Customization Services
1. Services of content architecture document design, graphic view design, creation and development of web pages are provided only within the software component of the enterprise portal and modules installed in the context of this software component. The structure and graphical view of other software components, as well as the work panel and Saman360 subscription management, are standard and fixed (unchanged).
2. Content architecture document development services do not include content supply and dissemination activities or the conversion and mechanized transfer of information.
3. Graphic design services do not include the design of proprietary graphic elements related to the brand (logo, ...). The customer can submit a logo, corporate color or other graphic elements specific to their business, request that they be used in graphic design.
4. Regarding the cost of restoring data, and re-establishing connections to the previous integration with external software systems, the cost of surplus services is calculated and obtained based on the number of hours spent.
Special service level commitments (performance, security, ...)
1. Saman360 and related products as a secure and efficient solution, can be offered and rented only on the cloud. If the customer needs to check and receive security confirmation from a third party, due to the shared cloud platform the following must be strictly observed:
- The customer must inform Saman360 before taking any action in this regard.
- After the approval of Saman360, the customer is only allowed to outsource the security assessment to the contractor with a security test license from the competent authorities.
- The costs of any testing and evaluation are borne by the customer.
